Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
More materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
